Lynn and Leo Davis of Delta, Utah sold Leo's. Anyone who is from Delta knows how sad this is, actually -- anyone who has been to Delta knows how sad it is. I'm hoping the new owners don't change too much. The fries are the best! The fry sauce is the PERFECT recipe. The seasoning is to die for. The shape is even out of this world fantastic. Leo once told me there were very, very few machines like that in the world. I seem to remember the number 2, but that seems pretty impossible. I think it was made in the Russia, so maybe only 2 in the US.
Anyway, I'm sure it will be as much "the same" as all things are when you return to the place you love after so many years apart. I knew this day would come, but gosh . . . it really makes the memories feel so distant.
To this day, Leo's is still one of the best jobs I've ever had. Good times, good friends, good food!

Way to get right on the Leo's post :) Now let's get to planning the memorial ;) I'm thinking it should be a surprise for L&L again and we should send notice to EVERYONE from Delta who loved Leo's to show up on a certain day at a certain time for sort of a little tribute..and everyone who ever worked there can wear a certain color and there will be grand pictures and you will be there wearing your special color on the web cam....or if that doesn't work we will make a cardboard you and I will proudly escort you to the grand affair!!! You likeY???
We heard the sad news too, and ran down there over Thanksgiving for one more visit. Leo's was the best!
Oh my gosh! I hadn't heard. This is tragic. Wonder why they sold -- any idea?
