This morning I told Ben I don't think of it so much as my belly, as "Reid's home." About an hour later he came into the kitchen and literally knocked on my tummy. I think he's anxious for his little buddy to come out and play.
It was cute and funny, but I did smack him for it.
What is supposedly my 23 week and 6 day belly. I say supposedly because our latest ultra sound (taken about 5 days after this picture) said this guy is at about 26 weeks and 6 days. I get that his genes don't give me much chance . . . but really, does he already have to be so big for his age?
I swore I'd never put one of these up, but my excuse is I'm doing it for the Grandmas. I also have one proving he's a boy, but I'll spare you.

Wait a second. Are you still wearing REGULAR pants? Cute as they are, invest in at least one maternity pair. You WON'T regret it!!
I'm glad you gave in and posted a picture of little Reid and his makeshift home. (I always knew you would :)) Do you love having ultrasounds as much as I did? The pictures are great, but watching them move inside of you is just incredible.
You say you don't want a big kid. Everyone says that. I did. Then, my last kid was the biggest at 5 lbs 4 oz. Not huge but bigger than average. I LOVED it. Her 0-3 month clothes almost fit, she didn't have to wear premie diapers forever, she slept better at night (that could be coinsidence though), and she was just as much fun to hold. If you get an epaderal then it feels the same if it is 5 lbs or 8 lbs. If you are going natural, I have no idea! As for me, my next kid, I want to be an 8 pounder.
Correction, my last kid was 8 lbs and 4 oz. not 5, that would be really small.

My baby was always measuring big and then I went 10 days over my due date. Just don't buy newborn clothes...None of mine fit my baby!
I love him already! And can't wait to meet him!I love having nieces and nephews!
