So much traveling!

Our day started at 3am. Much to my surprise, my kids stayed awake for almost the entire two hour drive to the airport.

We caught our flight at 6:30am and Reid didn't rest during any of it. Nell fell asleep near landing.

We ate breakfast and had a horrible bathroom break in the Denver airport. The bathroom break was so wretched we had to run to our plane. But that still didn't wear either of my kids out.

Nell was awake during the entire flight back to Wisconsin, but Reid passed out near landing. He was in such a deep sleep Nell gave him raspberries and he didn't even notice.

Ben's dad picked us up at the airport (since Ben had court hearings in Wautoma he couldn't get out of). Finally, Nell fell asleep for the car ride down to Rockton. Reid stayed awake for most of it, but slept for the last 20 minutes.

We spent just over an hour at my in-laws house before heading off to meet Ben in Watertown, WI. I slept for that drive ... the kids did not.

But they did pass out, and for the night, on the drive home to Oshkosh. We got home at about 8:30. So yeah, it was a loooooooooooong day.

My kids though, they are super travelers!

They push or carry their own load.

The only toys they need are included in the plane ride. 

And they keep a good attitude despite the lack of sleep.
