A Little Boy Made for Snow

We had our first big snow storm yesterday afternoon/evening. The day started out rainy and I gladly drug the kids from the YMCA to the library, knowing it might be our last day to enjoy 40+ temps until March. I didn't mind the wetness of rain one bit. And sure enough the forecast was correct, around 4pm the rain turned to snow and I have no idea what time it let up, sometime past my bedtime.

Reid was anxious to get out and "play" this morning. He really loves snow. It baffles me. Nell always goes out when he does, but she never lasts more than 5 minutes. Reid was actually sweaty by the time he and Ben made it inside. He is our little outdoor worker!

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sorry. I like snow if it stays clean and doesn't bother my driving or walking. Other than that, it is good for nothing -- other than for its moisture content, which I suppose I should be most grateful for.
So on this Thanksgiving day, I will repent and express my thankfulness for snow -- not really!
Happy Day...
