Remember when I had a recipe and reading blog?

These pancakes are so yummy!  Any why yes, we did have them for dinner tonight.

It's a dry mix you can make and keep in your cupboard or the fridge.  When you want some quick and easy pancakes you scoop out a cup of the mix, add a cup of buttermilk and an egg, and then mix it up.  I also added a few frozen blueberries while they cooked, and viola, we had yummy oatmeal-whole-wheat-blueberry-pancakes.  If it weren't for the syrup, it would have been healthy!

I'll put this up on my recipe blog, and you can go there to check out other yummies (the stuffed mushrooms have changed my life).  I'm a little out of date though.  But, I have been updating my reading blog.  I need to figure out how to just run each of them on this blog, under different tabs.

Anyone know how?

These sound like pancakes to 'flip' over. Going to have to give them a try sometime soon. Thanks my little Betty Crocker! Mom

Thanks for the recipe. I'm excited to make them. I have tried some homemade recipes, but I haven't been completely sold yet. Hopefully these will be the one.

I make a similar recipe that adds a few tsps of cinnamon and a tsp of nutmeg. It makes them taste like an oatmeal cookie! I also use applesauce instead of oil. YUMMO!
